About Chef
I’m Shubham Sharma, a chef who loves food and writes this blog. It’s a place where recipes and stories come together and tradition and creativity mix.
I’ve worked in a lot of different kitchens and tried a lot of different ingredients and flavors that go beyond the usual in my more than five years as a professional chef. I learned the basics of cooking at the BHMCT IHTM Institute, which is connected to Maharishi Dayanand University in Rohtak, Haryana. It taught me how to cook better and made me enjoy it even more.
What Inspired Me to Share Recipes
Food, to me, is not just about taste — it’s about emotion, culture, and connection.
This blog is my way of sharing the authentic Indian recipes I grew up with, along with modern fusion dishes, kitchen hacks, plating tips, and stories from my chef’s journey.
Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn or a foodie searching for new ideas, you’ll find easy-to-follow recipes, detailed steps, and chef-level secrets to bring out the best in every dish.
My Food Philosophy:
Cook with heart, serve with purpose, and always respect the ingredients.
Food has the power to heal, connect, and bring joy — and that’s exactly what I aim to deliver through every recipe I share.
Thank you for stopping by and being part of this delicious journey.
Let’s cook, learn, and celebrate the joy of good food — together!
