    2 cups hung curd (or Greek yogurt), ½ cup powdered sugar, ½ tsp cardamom powder, few saffron strands soaked in warm milk, and chopped nuts for garnish.

  • Method:

    Whisk the hung curd until smooth and creamy. Mix in sugar, cardamom, and saffron milk. Chill for an hour, garnish with nuts, and serve fresh.
