I’m Shubham Sharma, a chef who loves food and writes this blog. It’s a place where recipes and stories come together and tradition and creativity mix.
I’ve worked in a lot of different kitchens and tried a lot of different ingredients and flavors that go beyond the usual in my more than five years as a professional chef. I learned the basics of cooking at the BHMCT IHTM Institute, which is connected to Maharishi Dayanand University in Rohtak, Haryana. It taught me how to cook better and made me enjoy it even more.

What Inspired Me to Share Recipes
What matters most to me about food is not its flavor but rather the feelings, traditions, and relationships it inspires. I love sharing easy Indian food recipes, evening snacks recipe, and recipes for food and cooking that are very important to me at Zaikawale. This blog is my way of sharing the real Indian recipes I learned as a child, as well as current fusion meals, kitchen tips, plating advice, and experiences from my time as a chef.
You’ll find simple recipes, step-by-step instructions, and chef secrets to enhance every dish, whether you’re a beginner searching for easy meal ideas or a foodie seeking quick Indian snacks and dishes with ingredients. All of the recipes here are free, fun, and created with care.
My Food Philosophy:
When I cook, I don’t just follow a recipe; I love, care for, and respect every ingredient. Every day, I believe that food can heal, bring people together, and make life better. Everyone can enjoy the magic of home-cooked meals because I put a lot of love into each one. The tastes are kept simple but important. With Zaikawale, I want to help you cook with love, serve with purpose, and enjoy the joy that good food brings to the table.
